I posted this request in the recipe section a while ago several people have looked at the post but nobody has posted. So I thought I'd ask the main group

So, what are your favorite throw together meals? Not so much "real" recipes, but the ones that you always cook with where you throw a splash of this and a pinch of that and a handful of this. That type of recipe.
