Looking for People on the IR diet
Hey all! I am new here and have decided that this time, the weight will come off. I have done alot of research on all the different plans. I know how I work and what works for me. So, after all that, I decided to do the Insulin Resistance program. I don't know if I am insulin resistant or not. I just know that I like eating every three hours, I have lots of belly fat which usually means too many carbs are being ingested, and I hate counting things. So, is anyone else on this diet? If so, how are you finding it? Is it working for you? Any ideas for a newbie? I will be starting it tomorrow. I also will have an online journal in the journal section to keep me honest.
