Default A long list of my fave low cal treat's

Try 97-98% fat free lunch meat's ( turkey, honey ham etc) extremely low cal

Beef jerky roughly is 70-80 cal a serve
Non-fat s/f yoghurt has some protein.

Most wholewheat cereal's are great for carbs ( we do need some carb's as much as soo many people try to avoid them) and are fairly low cal if you measure your portion's well.

Boca garden burgers 90 cals and 10/13 grams of protein.

Egg the whites are all protein, its only about 16 calories per egg, and its almost pure protein.

Light popcorn - 40 cals / cup.

Wonderbread light wheat bread - 40 calories a slice.

Fat free pringles (70 cals for 15).

My fat free cottage cheese has 70 calories for 1/2 cup and 13 grams protein.

Tuna is good for low fat protein, check the can for calories though.

You can grill almost fat free chicken breast, which also contains a lot of protein, just make sure it's plain and there is no skin.

7 medium sized shrimp are about 50 calories and 10g of protein.

Veggie dog's the YVES brand that i buy is 40cal and 9g of protein 0g of fat per dog.

Some lite tofu (30 cal).

I swear by 40-cal sachets of soup watch sodium levels though!.

Louis Rich 98% f-t-free chicken cuts.

Smoked salmon is alright.

Good Humor Lowfat Fudgecicles - 45 cals.

Frozen fruit =freeze in a tray or bag for at least 2 hours. Delicious. Slightly chewy but crisp at the same time. Very sweet... like candy... low calorie and full of vitamins.

Salsa is soo common, but there is this kind called mexicana gold by cedars. Lordy it's yum, the medium version has 100 cals in the whole 1lb tub for gods sake.

I hope that help's somebody
