Opinions and Price of LAWL Cookbook? - 3 Fat Chicks on a Diet Weight Loss Community

Hi all,

Have been getting some recipes from the forum and am thinking of getting the cookbook. There are some on e-Bay but after adding in shipping costs I'm wondering if I should just pick one up at the center.

Does anyone know about how much the cookbook costs?

And of those who have it, do you like it/use it/think it's worth it?

I believe the price of the cookbook is 28.00. If you order from ebay with shipping, etc you would probably come out cheaper just picking one up at the center.

I ended up buying the cookbook through my center just because the shipping and the bidding with eBay was pushing the price up to the $28. Figured I would satisfy my instant gratification by buying it locally!

I go in spurts and bounds with using it. My daily life is hectic right now...so haven't used it. When I can plan - I do use it. The only thing I haven't liked about some of the recipes is that if there is some sort of sauce with whatever, it seems as if there is TOO much sauce!
