Thank-you for all your words of encouragement on my intro thread.
Well, day one is coming to a close and I think it's going to be ok!!!
I'm trying a south beach kind of diet, but modified because hey, i was never one for following rules.
It was a little weird today though. I have almost always been fairly active, even while gaining weight (i gain due to food, not inactivity), but today when i was doing my cardiovascular workout, i felt extremely nauseous afterwards. I thought i was going to throw-up, but then it went away. I just find it weird cause i work out fairly regularly, and i have been at higher intensities that i was today. anyways, i guess i'll keep an eye on that and mention it to the doc if it doesnt go away.
HEHEHE I'm very excited. I know it was only one day, but it gives me hope.
