Well, I've been doing a lot of walking and swimming, plus I do a little yoga, some pilates, and calisthenics. Sometimes I do a little dance, just to mix it up a bit.
I've kind of let it go for the last month or so, but was doing it religiously earlier this summer. Seems like I'm running out of time in the day! This evening I'm going to go hiking for awhile, so I guess that counts for something.
Good luck to you in your efforts. I haven't seen 135 in 5 years at least, so I'm hoping to get to 130 soon. I usually get stuck at 137.
