For months now I've been stuck on a plateau on the wrong side of 80kg. I tried "everything", but nothing worked.
Then a couple of weeks ago I decided to give it one last try, counting calories, and it worked! I eat 1400-1600 calories
pr day, and exercise at least 1 hour (30 min in the morning, 30-60 min in the evening) 5-6 days a week. A couple of days now I've been at 80.2, 80.3 and so on, and finally today I saw 79.9.
I'm so happy, so I just wanted to share!
Next goal: 74.9
