Question Hi, can you tell me.....

Hi, I am on the second day of fast forward.....tomorrow I start the gold plan. Where do I look for suggestions, tips, and hints on starting? Some basic FAQ's. Also does anyone have an easy recipe plan....have 2 kids, need something they'll like that's fast.

I have had this extra weight since after my first pregnancy and haven't been very serious about getting rid of it until now. I want to get rid of about 30 pounds....to weigh 120. From when I was 17 until I was 25 I weighed 110-115, so I don't think this is far fetched. I am in TaeKwonDo and I love it. It is exercise for my body and mind, it also helps keep me flexible (not to mention I can protect myself, and feel a sense of accomplishment whenever I advance a belt rank.

I definitely need support as I don't do well planning meals, and I don't really care to cook (who does?).
