Hey shy, my name is Autumn. I think the best way to lose weight and keep it off is to count your calories and excercise regularly. I think it is so awsome that you lost all that weight. The longer it takes to work off, the longer it stays off. Based on your hight, age and weight, to lose weight you should consume only about 1576 calories a day. To maintane your current weight you need 2326 (with lite excercise daily). I think you have come a long way. What happens after losing so much weight is your body plateaus, meaning it reaches a comfortable, healthy weight. That is why that last 5, 10, 20 pounds are so hard to get off. When you reach a plateau, you need to increase your physical activity. (e.g. If you use a treadmill, adjust it to interval training). I hope this helps, if you have any more questions, send em on over.
