Morning All or should I say, afternoon?
It's Friday, thank goodness! I've had one of those weeks, busy at work and have had to really battle with myself to get to the gym. Still, I've been three times this week and I had a great night last night, did 45 minutes of interval training on the treadmill and unlike the previous week, did not feel like I was having a heart attack when I finished. I was going to the gym 3 times a week doing 30 minutes of cardio and 40 mins of weights but had stalled on my weight loss. After consulting with my trainer he suggested I step up the cardio to 40 mins and add an extra night

. I'm not the most motivated person sometimes and I *love* my free time so adding an extra night sounded like a nightmare but I'm prepared to do it. Tonight will be night number 4, planning 40 mins of cardio on the elliptical and then weights.
Saturday I'm walking in the morning with the hubbie, Sunday I'm planning on doing a whole lot of nothing! What've you got planned for the weekend?
