I *LOVE* my DietPower software. You can track both diet and exercise, add recipes, all sorts of stuff. You can download a free trial at www.dietpower.com.

Another good one is fitday.com. It's free online, or you can buy the software to use at home.

I also LOVE my dietpower. You can add recipes and things a LOT easier than fitday. It tracks your weight and exercising and your essential vitamin and water intake. I love it!

I purchased DietPower about 8 months ago and never installed it on my PC! I just went to their site to read about it and got excited all over again, so now I'm going to dig it out and finally put it to use.

I love Balancelog - it works on both a PC and a Palm Pilot, if you have one, and you can also enter info on the web and download it to your PC. You can download a trial copy from http://www.healthetech.com.

I'm using the trial version of Diet Power and I love it. I'm going to buy it as soon as I can. I might try the free version of Balancelog just to see what it is. They are both the same price, I noticed.

Thumbs up Diet Power

I remembered that my son had given me the balance on his paypal account, so I used it to order my Diet Power. I like it better than any program I've used so far.

I downloaded the trial version of balancelog, but didn't care much for it. It does, however have a place to log your steps if you're counting steps. I liked that about it, but much prefer Diet Power.

I have been using Fitday.com for a long time. Extremly easy to use and offers lots of features. Best of all, it is FREE!

Want to add another plug for Diet Power. My sister told me about it and it was astonishing how well it works with my motivation. I have lost 55 pounds since November with it and although my loss has slowed, I am as happy as I can be with it.
