Last year I was going so well. Then came Xmas...... and all momentum has come to a screaching halt.
I have 18kgs (40lbs) to go. Have just (as in today) joined the gym again. (we will ignore the fact I can't afford it) and have the CSIRO menu book (if you don't know it look it up!)
Now I need some one to drag along on the journey. Any one want to come or suggest the right thread for me to invade?????
Hiya Pipercroft - I've had a look at the CSIRO book and I have friends who have done very well on it, so good luck. Since you have joined the gym, make sure you get your moneys worth out of it. No point in paying out all that money that you can't afford and then not get the best out of it.
Have a check through the threads and so which ones you would like to join - that which suits your lifestyle or just the style of humour that you enjoy. Anyone would be pleased to say hi to you. Invade away. Peaceful invasions are fun.
