I know there have been several threads regarding the Abs Diet.
This one for example.
It sounds similar to a LOT of eating plans/diets that I think of as derived from bodybuilding/strength training diets - eating small, frequent meals instead of 'three squares a day', consisting of lean protein, complex carbs and healthy fats; and working out using both cardio and strength training.
Just off the top of my head - some similar plans include
Body for Life (highly recommend the recent
Body for Life for Women),
Burn The Fat Feed The Muscle, Jorge Cruise's
3 Hour Diet, etc.
You know the old saying 'there is nothing new under the sun' - but there are lots of ways to repackage and market the old stuff, that's for sure!
