Since I just finished eating my favorite summer treat, I thought I'd ask you guys what your favorites are.
Mine: 1/2 cup fat free vanilla yogurt with 1/4 cup sliced fresh strawberries and a handful of Kashi ceral on top
I've been eating this as one of my snacks 2-3 days a week since strawberry season started. You could use other berries or fruit, but strawberries are my favorite.
