If I'm not hungry, I don't eat. But this happens to me very rarely - so it isn't going to create any health issues for me. I've gotten to the point where I trust my body to know what it is doing and I try to listen to it. Plus, eating when I'm not hungry takes me back to the unhealthy relationship I've had with food for so long. So, assuming this isn't something that happens often and isn't a loss of appetite that can be attributed to some underlying problem (sickness, etc.) I say listen to your stomach - you WILL be hungry again.
Of course, if you think this may trigger extreme hunger later and lead to a binge I'd say at least force yourself to eat a few healthy snacks. That never happens to me though. I have an urge to binge sometimes but it has never happened as a result of a low calorie day (unless the low calorie day was on purpose and I WAS hungry but didn't eat).
