Default Why is it I always start off with good intentions and then CRASH!

I've been reading this board for months - just posted a couple of times but find this place so inspriational. I've been trying to be good since February and I have lost about 40 pounds - I still need to lose about 75. My problem is I keep playing with the same 10 pounds over and over and haven't really made a dent in the last couple of months. Everytime I get really inspired I let something get in my way. I've basically been following the WW method as that had been successful for me in the past - I'm going to continue this way I think. I joined Curves because I thought maybe some structured exercise would help me - but do I go?!!!! Maybe a couple of times a month but that isn't going to cut it - for some reason I'm not losing weight just by being a member I have a lot of support - my husband is great and so are my kids so there is just no excuse. Yesterday I went shopping and tried on clothes that were a couple of sizes smaller so that really psyched me up. I just want to stay that way - I want to be thinner and I want to feel good. Somehow I've just got to find a way to stay on this - I know that if I can stay on it for two to three weeks without cheating that I will be back on track. Anyway - I just wanted to check in here for support - I love this whole website - recipes (I'm fanatical about trying recipes), the forums, the journals and everything.

Hope everyone has a great day!

Ask yourself two questions:

1. What do I REALLY want?

2. Am I willing to do the work to get there?

#1 is easier than #2......
