I found a web page that lists them as:

Steak-umm
Sliced Steaks (cooked)
100% real beef sandwich steaks chopped, shaped, thinly sliced, frozen

Calories 110 (1 steak)
Total Fat 7 grams
Saturated fat 3 grams
Cholesterol 30 mg
Sodium 30 mg
Total Carbohydrate 0 g
Protein 9 g
Percentage of calories from fat is 57.3%

Ingredients are beef, natural flavor.

I had these many years ago and I tend to think of them as a processed food. Seems too high in fat to me.

Ruth I think you'd call it franken food sort of. Steak-umms are flaked then formed beef, then thinly sliced and frozen. They are like paper thin and you pan fry up a skillet full to make a sandwich or maybe 2, add some fried onions and green peppers, melt some cheese on top and you got your self a heart attack on a plate. Good stuff before SBD.

I looked up the nutritional information. 1 thin slice-1 paper thin little bitty slice, has 7 g of fat, 110 calories. I've seen a couple sites that unoffiically give each slice 3 WW points. I don't do WW, so I don't know if points makes any sense or not.

This is very interesting. I could easily take 1/4 of the package and make a sandwich, which I think would be-- 1 steakum is 37 g =1.31 oz per slice. Wooo, man no wonder I have a weight problem, I'd be eating 576 calories just in meat, not to mention the oil to fry them and the green peppers/onions in, and the cheese, 2-3 slices full fat on a huge hoagie roll. Hmm, I thinking a salad tonight. Just thinking about all that is making me fat.

oops I took too long trying to find the metric conversion calculator and everyone posted before me.
