Default Flexers weekly food log - July 18 to July 30

Good morning!

Sherri had mentioned that she was interested in keeping a food log on this forum so I thought I would start the thread this morning.

Anyone who is interesed in posting their food journal on a daily basis is welcome to do so.

We will start a new one for the week each Monday - whoever gets here first in the morning can start the thread if they would like to.

Have a good OP week!

Monday:

Breakfast:
1/2 egg - scrambled
2 slices of Canadian bacon
1 coffee

Snack: 1 lf - sf yogurt

Lunch:
2 cups of salad - mixed greens, chopped raw broccoli, tomato with 1 oz lf turkey and 1 oz lf cheese, 1 tbsp organic dressing
1 cup mixed blueberries & raspberries
1/2 lf milk

Snack: 1 cup baby carrots & 1/4 cup hummous

Dinner:
2 cups of chicken & vegetable stir fry (no rice)
1 8oz glass V8

Snack: 1 Healthy Choice fat free fudgesicle

.5 TB simply jiff PB (1)
1 Tsp. Wheat Germ (.5)
Coffee with SF Creamer 1.5 TB (1.5)
Low sodium V8 (0)

Lunch: SmartOnes Salisbury Steak and can of green beans (6)
1 WW Fudgesicle (1)

Snacks: .5 serving Triscuits red.fat (1)
2 TB FF Cream Cheese (1)
4 oz mango (.5)

Dinner: 3 oz. pork chops grilled (4.5)
10 oz. baked potato (3)
steamed broccoli (0)

Snacks: 1 C. baby carrots (0) TOTAL: 21


As for the rest of my points......its my birthday so I MAY have some cake I will let you know later......

Breakfast:
1/2 egg - scrambled
2 slices of Canadian bacon
1 coffee

Snack: 1 lf - sf yogurt

Lunch:
2 cups of salad - mixed greens, cucumber, tomato
with 1 oz lf turkey & 1 tbsp organic dressing
1 cup cherries

Snack: 1 cup celery with 1 laughing cow light cheese

Dinner:
4 oz grilled steak
1 cup broccoli
1 cup cauliflower
1 8oz glass crystal light

Snack: 1 cup watermelon, cut up

Breakfast:
1 egg spanish omelet
1 coffee

Snack: 1 lf - sf yogurt

Lunch:
2 cups of salad - mixed greens, tomato with 1/2 can tuna & 1 tbsp organic dressing
2 stalks celery with laughing cow cheese
1 cup watermelon cubes

Snack: 1 cup sliced cucumber marinated in red wine vinegar

Dinner:
Kung Pao Shrimp (from WW Take Out Tonight cookbook)
1 8oz glass crystal light

Snack: 1 Healthy Choice creamsicle

Mauvaisroux - I was afraid you are getting lonely, so I'll post my menu plans too!

TODAY:
B: ham/biscuit (6)
S: 1/2 trail bar (2)
L: frozen meal (5)
S: yogurt (2)
D: baked pork chop (5), peas & carrots (1), squash (0)
TOTAL: 21 (I have 1 pt left, I will probably combine with a FP for a desert tonight.)
