in my roaming around i noticed that howie has secretly snuck under 280 without telling anyone! so to show how proud i am of his achievements over the last 2 years i've grown a howie-esk beard.

p.s no jokes about the shirt if there are any kiwi's on the board i paid 50 quid for it so i'm gonna wear it grumpily

Of course he looks handsome with the goatee. He looks more like me. LOL Thanks Si. I went back up two lbs last week but I peaked at the scale today and that is gone.

Well, its goes without saying that I'm a long-standing member of the Howie Appreciation Society, but I seem incapable of growing a goatee ever since stopping my hormone replacement therapy

I trust he knows how much I appreciate him for his determination, hard work and support to everyone!

P.S. - You're looking mighty fine, Si ~ both the goatee and shirt flatter you!

kykaree i still havn't forgotten that november day in 2003 oh what great times makes up for 1991. well we have had a bad time in the cricket i admit but i'll tell you what i'll where a bangladesh shirt for you

besides you aussies got enough problems coming up in the tri nations that is a fearsome allblack side.

I'm also a member of the HAS, but also will pass on the facial hair. While I like it in my men, I ain't gonna wear it myself!

Incidentally, Kimberley and Howie, every picture I see of the two of you, you both get slimmer! Your neighborhood is going to send out a search party for the two of you! Here's to you two!
