Default Are these recipes ok on SB Phase 1?

Two recipes we love to have for dinner and Im wondering if any of you could look over them and tell me if they are ok for Phase 1. Thanks in advance!!
I'll just list the ingredients so you can say yes or no.

1st recipe:
Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
LF Provolone Cheese
Frank's Red Hot Sauce (only ingredients are vinegar, peppers and garlic - no sugar or carbs)

2nd recipe:
Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
LF Cream Cheese
1 pkg of dry italian salad dressing mix
water

Thehy look OK but I wonder what the ingredients are for the Italian dressing mix. Sometimes there is a lot of starch or sugar in mixes.

Looks good to me. Could you substitute oil and vinegar dressing (wet) for the dry?

Thanks!!

Its a crock pot recipe so Im not sure about the oil and vinegar. *shrug*

I'll have to look at the dry package ingredients and see what they say. I supposed if there is any sugar in the packet I could just add my own seasonings that is uses less the sugar, right?

Calla, that's exactly right...just add the same seasonings (make sure they don't have sugar, either) and leave the sugar out. Or you could see what it would be like with bottled Italian that is SBD safe.
