Default Any body tried "Iron Yoga"

I saw an article on Prevention.com about iron yoga. It looks interesting. But I don't buy books or workout videos without checking them out either at the library or personal reviews.

It looks like a new release. Anybody heard of it? Any opinions?

Thanks
Sarah

Cool

After I ordered it I saw it at Target alot cheaper. Of course it was too later to cancel the order so I feel kind of dumb for not checking out more sources before ordering. I watched it briefly yesterday but have not tried it yet.

Hi!

Yes! I have "Iron Yoga" with Anthony Carillo and really enjoy it! I especially like the warmup and the tree sequence. Both offer the body a nice change of pace and a challenge by adding weights to yoga exercises. I like the calm, friendly feeling that Anthony delivers. Even though I know I have lots to learn in my study of yoga, I feel that Anthony really cares that we have a good experience with his DVD. He also explains EXACTLY what to do and helps you make sure that you breathe properly and have your body in the right position to do the exercises correctly. The slow and steady exercises present a good challenge to the muscles because you hold poses WITH weights. I use 3 pound weights because those are the smallest I have. He uses 2 pound weights.

It's been out awhile.

I have it on my wish list at DeepDiscoundDVD.com.

You can watch a clip at collage video, but it's cheaper at DDD.
