I joined 3 fat chicks awhile ago, although I never really utilized the tools on here.
Well, this week after going through a rough time, I was looking on here to find reviews on appetite suppressants. I stumbled upon your message board, and guess what?!? I've been a LAWL member since 11/24/04. I didn't actually start then because that was Thanksgiving weekend!
Anyways, long story short, I started out on the Red Plan, then I moved to the Purple plan in February. Since switching plan, I've been having a horrible time staying on plan. You guys gave wonderful money saving tips about the Luna Bars and the substitute juice for Take off (although now they have a new juice, Fast Forward) Any advice or tricks you could give me to help me stay on plan would be greatly appreciated.
I think my problem usually occurs on the weekends and in the evenings. I do good all day during the week, then at night, I want to binge. As for weekends, at this point, they're a lost cause.
