Talking 55lbs to go

Hi,

Here's my introduction. I'm a 24 year old CSC major in college. I was raised on fastfood and everyone in my family is fat. Once I moved out and had some control over my surroundings, I began eating healthier and exercising but everytime I go home, I go back to old habits, which means I rarely visit my home for more than one day.

I've lost about 45 lbs and have another 45 or so I'd like to lose. I just do the calorie-deficit thing, no "real" diet, but it seems to be working. My exercise hobbies are boxing and wrestling, which I really enjoy and wish I was exposed to earlier (how much easier would it have been if I lost weight early in high school than it is now?).

Um...that's about it for now.

HI BlueSun, welcome to the forum.

Congrats on your loss so far. Good for you for taking control of your health and nutrition. Before you know it your new way of eating will become second nature and you won't fall into old habits anymore. Keep up the good work, and you'll be at goal before you know it.
