Question Fast Food / Eating Out Phase 1
Hi Chicks - Any suggestions for lunch out during Phase 1?

McDonalds, Burger King, Subway, Jreck Subs salads. Watch the dressings and no croutons.

I eat lunch out at least twice a week. I seem to do fine with those salads.

wendy's small chili and a side salad is the best. its both on the dollar menu and it sure fills me up!
