Hi everyone! I'm a May 16th starter. So far I've lost 3 lbs, not that much, but I'm happy with that. Since I have not a lot of weight to loose, I figure 3 lbs is ok for almost a week, anyway, I'm on track and eating healthier, so I hope to see more possitive results on the long run!
My nutritionist says that a healthy weightloss is from 2 - 2 1/2 lbs a week. So Even though (I have to confess) I expected more, I can live with my 3lbs weightloss to continue.
I was wondering, how is everyone else doing???
