Exclamation Food Diary

Yes it has come to this. Planned food for today

Free food
apples
grapes
satsumas

Healthy extras
3 Mini Babybel Light Cheeses
57g houmous
2 slices Wholemeal bread

Syns
Margarine 1
pasta bake 1
pitta, wholemeal 28g 3½
chips 3 (potato free and 3 syns for the olive oil)

Anyone else want to join me more than welcome.

I,m doing slimming world to. So far today have had 2 slices wholemeal, whole tin of baked beans and 42g half fat cheddar. Do you think eating the whole tin is where I,m going wrong?, even though its a free food.

You're not going wrong if you've lost 5 pounds. If it slow downs in the future then yes cut it down but if you are losing I'd say don't. I can barely eat a small tin of beans I'm rubbish with free food.

I had a big plate of fruit whilst watching corrie and I have had more houmous and pitta, have had 15 syns of food today...then some of booze...not as much as usual though. Good for me for a Friday anyway.

then I had

bran flakes yoghurty cereal
with 3 tbsp skimmed milk
stawberries

tea I am planning

pasta, pesto and cheese

evening

fruit
houmous and pitta
olive oil chips and paprika

and some eurovision booze

I'm watching it sober for the first time in years. Last year I was VERY drunk. It dilutes the whole experience if you're not pissed...

I'm not in the UK but I don't see any other food diary so here goes:

2 cups water

black beans (1 cup)
corn tortillas (3)
nutritional yeast (1 T)

4 16.9 oz. bottles of water

arugula leaves (1 cup)
spinach leaves (1 cup)
chickpeas (1/2 cup)
tempeh burger (2 oz)
broccoli sprouts (1/2 cup)
garlic powder (1/2 tsp.)
nutritional yeast (1 tsp.)
flax seed oil (1 tsp.)
apple cider vinegar (1 T)
juice of 1/2 a lemon

6 oz. enriched rice milk

2 cups water

steamed rainbow chard (1 1/2 cups)
brown rice (1/2 cup)
black beans (1 cup)
jalapeno slices (2 T)
nutritional yeast (1 tsp.)
juice of half a lemon

2 cups water

I have fallen off the wagon this weekend, wedding aniversary on sat and went for an
Indian, with 2 bottles of red wine. Ate all day yesterday to soak it up. Am back on track again today and still feel terrible.
I,m having weetabix with milk and sweetner, and loads of fruit and yoghurt,for lunch, I don,t have to decide which day I,m on until night time. I wish I could have what your having veggie as it looks lovely, thats part of my trouble I always want whats on everybody else's plate, it always looks better than mine?

I,ve been spying to see if you've gone your diary. I can't bring myself to write mine, I have a list as long as your arm of free food everyday. If its free, I eat it. I have walked the Chester City walls with my son,s school today though, so I feel like I deserve a nice meal, after I,ve had a lie down to get rid of the headache.
