Default I am new....

Hi all.

I just joined today... my mom recently died and she always promised me if I lost weight she would buy me a new wardrobe. Well, since that will not happen, and I have come to realize food is how I am dealing with her passing, it's time to make a change.

I will tell you know that I WILL need help with exercising.. I try, but always find an excuse...

but thanks for being here and I look forward to sharing the next year with you....

Good for you. Your Mom would be proud of you for making the right decision and doing something about your weight! Now, you lmust make a commitment to do it for yourself too!

Exercise is hard, but it can be fun and it's really worth it! It makes you feel better. I know when you first start it's hard to stick to any thing, but after awhile it becomes a habit and you mis it if you don't do it! Pick an activity you like (I walk) and pick a time that's convienent for you at the same time every day. That is your exercise time.
