Talking New and need a buddy (Need to loose a lot more than a few pounds)

I'm new here and I need to loose a lot of weight, if there's anyone out there who also needs to loose a lot of weight and is willing to give and take encouragement let me know

I'm not following any program yet. I am thinking of something low carb like the South Beach Diet. How do you like Weight Watchers so far?

I would also like to be your buddy if you like!! I als oneed to loose a lot of weight!! I am doing low fat and have been doing great with it! I have lost 21 lbs since March 25!! Good Luck with your weight loss!! You can do it!

21 pounds wow that's so good!!! I would love to be your buddy too and get some of your secrets I have started to cut out all oil except Olive and that's just a little bit on salads and all simple carbs. It's only been 2 days I want to get atleast 2 weeks before I start a strict diet.

Sounds great!! so far I've cut out the bad carbs and am leaning torwards the south beach diet. What have you done so far??

So Far just cutting out sweets, that is my down fall! I try to ride my stationary bike at least once a day for 30 minutes. Sounds like you are starting out great. Let's stick to what we are doing, and tell each other how well we do!
