I found this site by searching for information on Slimming Soups. Go figure!

Anywho, I bought the book The Butt Book and there were a few recipes in there for slimming soups and I really like those, but I wanted to see if I could find other recipes...so I went searching and here I am!
Let's see, a little about me, huh?
I'm 32, I work out about 4 days a week (use to be about 5 or 6) I would like to get to that point again. I really watch what I eat or really try to most of the time! I have two boys, am married and am an Admin. Asst. I have tons of friends that are veteran bodybuilders and fitness chicks, and some that are just starting out. I belong to another website (won't give info as advertising is not allowed here), but I really like it, have made a lot of friends there and they are a ton of help to my fat loss and workout goals.
I've learned a lot from reading and from my friends, so if anyone has any questions, I'll see what I can do to help. I may not have all of the answers, but will do my best to get you an answer.
OK, enough about me.....let's get on with this thing!
I am going on vacation in June and have approximately 35 days to lose approximately another 10 lbs. I've already lost 6. I need to trim down, tone up and tan my white booty.
Anyone for a new buddy?
