Hi! My name is Meredith and I have a six week old baby girl named Kate. I am feeling great and able to exercise again and I need to shed some pounds. I am nursing, so I have to be careful and not cut too many calories or carbs. I need to eat a balanced diet with a lot of water and exercise a lot of these muscles that weren't used while I was pregnant. I gained 40 pounds while pregnant and was 25 over my ideal weight to begin with. I am down 25 since having Kate so I have 35-40 to lose.
I am 24 and live with my boyfriend of 8 years. We both quit smoking when we found out I was pregnant and I know that plays a big part in both his and my weight gain. I know once I start losing, Shaun will as well.
