Default Richard Simmons!!! Who works out with him??

I can't believe I haven't seen any comments about Richard. I just started doing his DVD workouts and I just love him. He's fun and energetic and his workouts are fantastic. I've never enjoyed working out so much. Do any of you workout to his DVD's? If you don't you should

hi guys! i am so excited to find some other people who love richard simmons!
i lost 50 pounds with his food mover, and i kept it off for a year, and the got pregnant and everything kindof went downhill from there. i have just started back, and am hoping that it will go the same for me as it did last time.
btw, chrissy, love captain feathersword! my son adores the wiggles. (who are my personal workout tape favorites...have you ever tried dancing along? my kid thinks it's a hoot and i am feeling the burn

I'm a Richard Simmons fanatic! I love his videos. I have a heart condition, so his low impact style is perfect for me.

I bought the Foodmover plan about a year ago and never used it. Never even opened up the DVD's either. Are his workouts very dancy? I have two left feet and cannot follow anything more than the likes of Leslie Sansone. I guess I could always open one up and check it out for myself as I do get tired of Walk Away the Pounds all the time.

ShrinkingMe - how long did it take you to lose the 50 pounds?

Ok, I just dug my videos out and looked at a little of 80's Blast Off and Blast & Tone. It looks really fun and I love how colorful the set and everyone's clothes are. I'll be giving these a try - and hope to keep up!

Hey Slim,

I lost 50lbs in about 6 months. The "blast off" week really gets the pounds coming off. this is my first week back on the diet, and i have already lost 5...i have another 2 days 'till the official weigh in. If you do decide to do the food mover, and want a buddy, I'd be happy to oblige!

Richard Simmons tapes are wonderful, I just wish that I could stay motivated and use them regularly. I am so overweight, that the first few days, my feet hurt and I give up. But I am going to jump back on the weightloss bandwagon.

believe,

i am the world's worst at excercise...i hate it, and have the worst time staying motivated. when my weight loss buddy and i met, she began by challenging me to 20 sit ups. it wasn't so hard, and i did it...and now, we're having bigger and bigger challenges. but i know she's living up to the challenges i give her, so i feel like i have to meet the ones she gives me. maybe something like that would help you?
good luck!
