Hi I am new, as my title implied! I am 3 weeks into a personal fitness challenge, and was looking for a forum to keep me motivated in the diet department. It seems I am either dieting OR I'm exercising, but not both.
This is the first time I'm trying just exercise at first, as I usually start out fast and then lose motivation and get lazy. I signed up on Self mags Challenge and have consistently worked out 45-1 hr 5-6 times a week for 3 whole weeks. THAT'S A RECORD FOLKS!
I hope to increase muscle and find my waistline some day. I am a yo yo dieter who loses and gains, and this time I'm tryin something new. To work on my body first from the inside, and let the pounds on the scale not be the deciding factor of how I feel about myself.
