I haven't read that book yet but I'll pick it up next time I'm in the bookstore.

If you want more inspiration, the movie "Super Size Me" opened my eyes alot about fast food. Excellent Documentary.

I am in the middle of reading Fastfood Nation. I have only got into the first few chapters but I am dismayed at the way things are marketed to children and how the government lets large corporations and lobbyists get away with the things that they do Terrible stuff!

And Supersize me was a great film!

I have never really been a fan of fast food and only regarded it as a last resort or emergency meal but now I am even less enthused about it
