Yes the snow has finally melted and the 2 canadian core ww gals are planning a one day shopping trip over the border to the forbidden land!

Here is your chance to help out!

We are looking for some input to our very important shopping list. As you may know we canadians do not have any ff cheeses here, nor do we enjoy a gazillion flavors of sf/ff pudding.

It would be GREATLY APPRECIATED if you could provide some of your favorite ff/lf products (inclusion of preferred brands if possible?). We are planning to bring a cooler filled w/ice so we can bring back refrigerated items as well.

We are planning to go this Friday, April 15th!

Hi there. I was shopping yesterday in the Toronto area and found ff cheese, ff cheese slices, and ff yogurt. It can be found. The company name is Black Diamond, and I found them at Loblaws and Price Chopper. I would love to find a ff cream cheese, anybody?

Hey girls. Well I am a Canadian living in the States and you are soooo right about the ff choices down here..... I just love it!!

Some of my favourites are.....

Hunts ff puddings (tapioca, chocolate and vanilla) 2pts
Philidelphia cream cheese ff 1oz=1pt
Philidelphia ff strawberry cream cheese
Kahiki vegetable eggrolls.....1 large= 2pts
Danon lite 'n fit drinkable yougurt.....7oz=2pts
Pizzelle waffle cookies ...2=1pt (oddly enough made in Canada!!)
Mt.Olive pickles (bread and butter is my fave)made with Splenda
Libby's peaches in lite juice, pears in lite juice made with Splenda
Lots and lots of icecream choices from Skinny cows, Silouette, Blue Bunny all 1-2pts
Smuckers sf/ff maple syrup (shhhh don't tell my SIL who has a maple sugar bush)LOL
Brummel and Brown fruit/margerine. Apple cinnamin is really good as is there strawberry version.
"I can't believe its not butter" spray
Fat free fahjita roll ups
WW's 2 pt bagels
WW's 1pt english muffins
Oscar Mayer thin sliced microwavable bacon....4 slices=2pts
Kraft free Miracle Whip
Borden 2% Sharp processed cheese slices(reduced fat)1=1pt
**why go ff when its too rubbery, try these!!**
