This what is written on the main page of the forum just below the Exercise Thread and it's my new mantra ...

So let's be accountable for our exercise...

Me first I guess ... Today I am not doing any formal exercise I ran 10k yesterday and walked with DH last night, I am taking today off to wash windows and siding because it's just too gorgeous out !! Plus it needs to be done in a big bad way

Talking

Today I will be running around the track trying to beat my best of 2.0 miles straight last week. Going for 2.5 miled this time. I'm training for my first 5k in 3 weeks and I'm super super excited. yay... I think this weight loss journey has turned into becoming a runner, I don't mind it because my body is surely reaping the benefits.

my plan fot the week,
3x go to the gym, ellypical or treadmill
1-2x weights at gym or at home (this I never seem to do but I need to)
1-2x work out at home either step tape, or run in the park if its nice.
last week I stuck to it and I got off the extra flab I had pack on during Easter so this week I'm gonna do it to lose!

I haven't worked out yet today- got sucked into working on my jewelry website today instead, but I plan to do it today still. At least I've been dressed for it since I woke up

I did 30 minutes on the bike and 15 on the elliptical this morning. Today's a rest day from weights; my legs are killing me from yesterday's workout.

Ah, putting goals into written words is always more compelling. . .

Gym for carido and weights on Tues, Thurs and Sat. Ride my bike outside (in addition) if the weather stays nice.

I did 45 on the elliptical, 30 minutes weight training on legs. I was able to complete 4 sets on the leg press at 270, I usually can't do more than two.

Goal for tomorrow is Tae-Bo at 5:45 AM so I don't have to workout after cheer practice.

Tiki.

Well, I didn't do Tae-Bo, was too lazy to go downstairs. Instead I stayed in my room and rode for 50 minutes on my stationary bike - most of the time was with the tension at its highest setting. Tomorrow morning is a gym day - 3 miles and chest workout.

Yuck to me. I had a bad series of events last night that only cause me to do one pathetic mile, I truly believe that it wasn't meant to be last night. Will try and succeed tonight.

So far today, a half hour on the elliptical and 20 minutes on the bike. I discovered that I can study (notecards) while I do cardio - hurray!! Did abs with a client and hope to work out chest and shoulders this afternoon.
