I think it may vary by what region you live in. But if you are planning on working for WW to make a lot of money...find something else
The pay is based on the number of people who attend the meetings and a percentage of WW products that are sold. There is a minimum "base" pay that you get, if there is say a snow storm or something and very few show up at a meeting.
You pretty much tell them how much you want to work, whether you're available mornings or evenings or weekends, how far you're willing to travel to meetings, etc. The more you make yourself available, the more hours you will get. It also depends on how many other WW staffers are in the area and whether there is a need for more.
Most start out as a "sub" and work their way into regular meetings.
It's good because it keeps you in the loop and going to meetings, where as many lifetimers stop doing that and re gain...you also get a good discount on WW meeting products. But it isnt' something you will make a ton of money doing.
