good luck Molly! I find myself wanting to eat all the time too. Maybe some lower fat snacks will help. Christie's (kraft) have these new rice/corn chips that come in 4 flavors they taste like flavored rice cakes. Good luck!

Molly, try getting some exercise. If you can get the calories burning, you'll feel healthier and less likely to overeat. It's also very important for your bones and a healthy heart.

Hi Molly, I am a night time snacker too. I do fine all day, then at night, watch out! I am trying to get this undercontrole and the only thing that I have found that works is planning ahead what I'm going to eat. Making good choices on snack foods is a little difficult but it can be done. I'm 56 and most of the people I see here are much younger. Maybe we can give each other encouragement. My e-mail is [email protected]

hi molly!
i'm a big night time snacker too, especially after the kids go to sleep.
i do try to keep myself busy, laundry, taking a walk, reading a book...sometimes it helps, sometimes it doesn't.
one thing that does help me about 99% of the time is having a picture of myself on my fridge. embarassing to look at, but a good deterent!
good luck!
