Default Oxycise Or Body Flex

Hello All

Doing a Search I see a lot of you were really into Oxycise and Body Flex, I was wondering if anyone is still doing either one and are you still having good results.

Thanks for any replys

The claims of these systems are unsubstantiated by any real published research: http://www.stumptuous.com/crap2.html

Not only are they unsubstantiated, but the U.S. government is actually suing the Bodyflex people for false advertising:

"The Federal Trade Commission has sued the marketers of the BodyFlex+ System (“BodyFlex”) for falsely advertising that BodyFlex causes fast inch loss and fat loss. The FTC’s complaint, filed in federal district court, names as defendants Savvier Inc. and Savvier LP, California companies; their principals, Jack Ching Chung Chang, Jeffrey T. Tuller, and Keith Greer; and BodyFlex “creator”and spokesperson Greer Childers."

I love Oxycise and have gotten good results using it in the past. However due to respiratory infections I had to take numerous breaks from doing Oxycise and then would end up doing a different workout and forget about O for a while. If I want to jump start my exercise I will go back to O but find I need to do it every day to make results happen. I believe it's the combination of the breathing with the exercises that get the results you need. I like O much better then BF. BF breathing is just too harsh and feels unnatural to me!
