If you don't stress eat, Vickie, I won't stress eat either. I have half a bag of M&M plain mini-packets in the filing cabinet here at work and it won't take much to make them leap from the cabinet drawer into my greedy little hands! I'll try to be good though!

B: Post shredded wheat and bran cereal w/skim milk
Diet V8 Splash (Raspberry Lime ... such a good flavor!)

S: SF/FF yogurt w/lemon jello powder
Fresh pineapple

L: Grilled chicken salad from somewhere w/FF ranch dressing

S: LC light cheese w/Wasa crackers
Applesauce

D: Big salad
Split pea/lentil/barley/ground beef soup

S: SF jello w/apple slices

Very good point Vickie. Thanks!! That makes me feel a lot better. If I can just get through these next few months and get to my goal, then I can have my small amount of popcorn every day while I'm maintaining.

Thanks!

Exclamation Tuesday's Trials

Trying to reCore myself!

Breakfast: 2 four oz cups of sf/ff yogurt,
coffee w/cream

Lunch: roasted chicken breast, mixed frozen veggies, kasha (buckwheat) w/bowties and onions (sauteed in olive oil)

Just finished about 40 oz of water - and hoping to get more in by the end of the day!

Snack: apple and/or banana

Dinner: roast beef, brocolli, acorn squash...and maybe couscous if I need a grain or more food!

Snack: sf/ff jello or cereal w/milk if really starving!

...but I sure am MISSING those mango daiquiris!

...and what a LONG DAY this is!

Frouf

P.S. Has anyone tried the shredded wheat cereal w/that strawberry filling? probably not core I guess? I am just finishing my box of shredded wheat and looking for a replacement - found the shredded wheat a bit bland and yucky unless I added some fruit to it! Looking for good cereal recommendations!
