Smile I need a Buddy!

Hi! I'm new to 3FC. I've been working out for about 3 months now. I really need someone to talk to, get advice from and give advice to. I'm lifting weights and doing cardio such as treadmill and spin classes. The weight is coming off very slowly. I need some encouragement! I'm not giving up, but I really thought I would have been in a size 14 by now! I'm still in an 18.

I would like to make a new friend since, I'm new to my area and don't have many friends. I would love to be able to help and get help from my buddy!

Welcome to the board!

I do weight lifting and cardio regularly as well, although not on the same machines (my gym here doesn't have a treadmill, bleh). I hope this is going to prove efficient for you in the long run! It's such a nice idea, knowing that this exercise will also help us look better due to the muscles building up
