Hi! I went looking for South Beach recipes and found this site. It is GREAT. I've been on the beach for about a week and a half. This is my second time. Last time I lost a lot of weight, but gained it back after a bad break-up. I'm starting over on my own and raring to go! I'm willing to buddy up, but can't guarantee much committment right now.
Congrats to all the "losers" I see out there! My favorite tip of all time is to only check your progress ONCE A MONTH. I know, it sounds like a long time, but I read once that you're body takes that long to show any results. It's helped me before.
