Hi, I was just wondering if anyone knew what type of exercises I could do to reduce the appearence of excess skin and sagging er...boobs when I get to my goal weight. I am currently at 239, having lost 44 so far. I am exercising a lot more, and my goal weight is 150. Any help or advice would be appreciated.
exercises like push-ups (modified on knees);chest press w/ free weights or machine; incline chest press on a bench....pretty much any weight training exercise that works the pectoral muscles will fight off sagging! good luck
