Just did a little over a half of a mile on Walk Away the Pounds...I'm still out of shape...my goal is just to do what I can, three times a week until I'm in better shape. Last week I only did half a mile, so anything I do beyond half a mile is a good thing for me...

...my ultimate goal is to do the three mile walks like i used to do a couple years ago...

I spent an amusing 11 minutes attempting yoga and another 10-15 working my arms with my little dumbells...better than nothing.

I did 15 min on the elliptical (monday) and I am going to try to squeeze in some time on it again tonight or do the 1mile WATP dvd before I go to class tonight. I didn't exercise this weekend and I really felt it. I honestly can say that I missed working out. Yay for good habits !

Default Yes (Monday)

13 min. stat bike

Can't believe I didn't make 20, but like Mel, it's better than I did all of last week. Today I'll get 20 minutes in combination, at least.

Default Yep!

Monday I took my second "performance pilates" class. Did much better this time. Hey Thin: When we get there for Spring Fling, I can give yall lessons Anyway she (the insturctor) said we were ready to join a class, so starting Friday we (my sis Val & I) will add a hour P>Pilates class to our agenda. Today we did the "curcit" workout, tomorrow I plan to walk with my mon and do an advanced water aerobic class. I did make it to the club every day last week, even if I didn't get time to come in here and post (boast) about it.

Yesterday I did:

20 min cardio

20 min weight lifting

20 min Leg exercises

10 minutes Ab workout

I was almost able to finish the Ab workout but my ab started screaming so we decided to cease and desist.

Well, it's been a long BAD week and I'm glad it's finally almost over. (I count my weeks from Thursday to Thursday lol for the weigh in days ) Anyways, I haven't had ANY exercise all week but I finally got out and walked 2 miles today. And there was just two of us so we walked faster than normal which made my ankles really burn, but it felt good at the same time.

I actually did today! Tuesday! The same day I'm posting! That never happens.... DH and I went to the Y to play "racketball" but all the courts were full so we walked 1 mile on the track instead. Better than going home! I feel Grrrrreat!

scooter, do you use exercise videos or what? i read that you mentioned denise austin the other day...just wondering cause you seem to have a very eclectic mix of workouts there, i wasn't sure if they were all on one tape or if you really had the discipline to sit there and mix 'n match
