Default Glad I found you all!

Hi, I'm a lifetime from the 70's. (No, I'm not that old! hee hee.) I've managed over the years to revert back to my guidelines to keep it off, give or take five pounds. However, (there's always that word) at 46 yoa and menopause I have found it's not as easy to keep it off now. Even with exercise. I sometimes wonder what I'd be like if I wasn't doing that. Anyway, I've got 12 pounds to get back off. I know that doesn't sound like much, but it's been tougher to take these pounds off that the initial 45 years ago.

I, like others can't justify the $$ for the meetings. That is why I'm so glad to have found this forum. I'm hoping to gain inspiration for all of you to do this on my own.
