I do have this particular workout video and I love it. It has a workout for each day of the week from Monday thru Sunday and they are diffrent in aspects to three diffrent body areas. Upper, abs , lower.
I use it everyday because it also shows you low impact ways of working out if you can not handle the stress on your legs or feet such as doing jumping jacks.
I havent seen a nutritional portion of the video I will check today when I work out.
But I really like this viedo its easy to follow and I get a really good workout I even do the daily workout and I just click on and do a diffrent extra segment when I want a really good workout.
In all I say this is a good one to own and to workout to.
