Exercise: 30 minute 2 mile WATP Express w/2lb weights

Morning ladies!

Here is todays plan so far...

B- 1 cup Lucky Charms and milk 4pts
s- grapes or strawberries 2 pts
l- salmon, and broccoli and cauliflower 3 pts
s- 6 more points worth of Lucky Charms

will fill in supper later on

Exercise= 15 miles on bike
