Default New and confused

Hi!
I am new and was very glad to see the 300+ And Ready To Try Again.
That is me! I am also over 50 and am having a hard time. I hope I can learn how to use this site. Any help on how to do this would be great.
Thanks,
recipecrazy

Looks to me like you've got it down...you came, you posted, you conquered! I'm new to this board, too, but have been posting on others here at 3fc for a few weeks now. The people are great, and if you ever need any information, there's always someone who can help you out!

Ok, Recipe: First go to 300+ And Ready to Try Again...#658 and say hello there. That's the thread we are currently on.

Also, I tried to Private Message you with some directions but I see you haven't enabled that function. To do that you need to click on the "User CP" at the top of the page. Then choose "edit options" from the list along the left side. Then down at towards the bottom of the page you'll see choices for Private Messaging. Check the box that says something about allowing private messages from other users. I think it's the first of the 3 boxes. That way I will be able to help you without taking up space here on the threads.

Go to the list where you clicked on the link to get to this thread. Instead of clicking on the title of this thread (or any of the other threads you started), just click on the thread title "300+ And Ready To Try Again....#658" and you're there! You don't have to "join"...just click on Reply in the last message and type away a post just like you did here. Good luck!
