Hi,
I'm not sure if this is someone unique to L.A., but I was wondering if anyone has tried this. Its a great idea for interval training. They have a group in L.A. that goes (they all look MAJORLY in shape and I'm afraid I'll keel over and die), but I am thinking of trying one on my own which anyone could do. Maybe someone is interested in trying something new and we can chat about how it goes!

I had never heard of ruking, it's a really interesting website! I have thought about 6 ruking routes in my area already!! It certainly isn't something that has crossed over the pond to England.
i have been doing this for a while but didnt realize it had a name or a following. i run, but some days when i just can't seem to get motivated to get out and do my normal run i "ruke", climbing stairs, sprinting hills, just mixing it up. i wish i had a group here that would do that. some of my longest, most enjoyable workouts are my "rukes".
I'm so glad you guys like it. Its the ultimate get out of the gym exercise plus it burns tons and tons of calories cuz of the intervals. You guys should start up a little group in your area!
