You sound overwhelmed! Don't be, break it down. Take it day by day, meal by meal. It's baby steps. Remind yourself that each decision you make today concerning diet and exercise is going to help you get back on track and on your way to being where you want to be concerning your weight.
Get a plan and work it! Say today, I am going to eat this and this...I'm going to do this much exercise...don't over do it and overwelm yourself, just start of small and build on that! Congratulate yourself on following through and it will help motivate you and you will gain more discipline.
