Default rollercoaster of fat

[FONT=Franklin Gothic Medium]Well according to the page i last visited in early october, roughly four months ago. Internet was down for a while but now it's back, along with a ton of fat. How can i go easy on myself when i have made only half-rump efforts to be truly happy? Today, is the day. I've said it a miilion times but this time it must be. I am 10 lbs away from my heighest weight ever which is 60lbs more than i was only 3 yrs ago, scary. As you can see from that last confusing sentence, I am a dieting rollercoaster with ups and downs so sudden family and friends don't know whether i'm on a downward spiral or a rise to the top, that is until they see me and notice the remarkable weight loss or gain. You sound overwhelmed! Don't be, break it down. Take it day by day, meal by meal. It's baby steps. Remind yourself that each decision you make today concerning diet and exercise is going to help you get back on track and on your way to being where you want to be concerning your weight.

Get a plan and work it! Say today, I am going to eat this and this...I'm going to do this much exercise...don't over do it and overwelm yourself, just start of small and build on that! Congratulate yourself on following through and it will help motivate you and you will gain more discipline.

Good luck to you!!! You can do it, if you want to do it!!!! Keep posting, it will keep you honest and we will keep you motivated!!!! You can do it!!!!
