When you decided to lose weight what did you tell yourself?
For me I wanted to learn to eat healthy, not diet.
I have done diets for as long as I can remember.
I have had success with 2 programs, but I wasn't eating healthy. I was eating right, but.....
Now I am learning HOW to eat.
The other programs told me WHAT is GOOD to eat and WW is teaching me HOW to eat.
I still have the free will to choose ANYTHING, but I know that this isn't always a "good" thing to do.
I am learning to look at foods differently. I am learning to ask questions of myself, I am learning that I am important to me.
Making choices, seeking support and knowing that a "slip" isn't a magor NO NO is all part of living.
Acceptance, accountability and knowledge....such good friends.
Little by little, step by step, we will get to goal.
Today is going to be a good day....right?
